Heartlands Design Process

Meet with you to discuss your vision and goals for your project. Take photos and initial measurements.

Develop an initial project layout and detailed written proposal with the scope of work and project budget. At this time, we are ready to move forward towards construction drawings or a design agreement, depending on the scope of the project.

After the contract is made, a meeting is arranged with the project designer to take further measurements and develop a detailed project design and project renderings. During the design process, we will finalize all material selections and project options.

After the design is finalized, construction drawings are drawn and submitted to the appropriate municipalities for permitting.

Project construction begins shortly after receiving building permits.
